Wise Words

"If we know who we are, we will not try to become someone else in order to have value and meaning in our lives. If we don't know who we are, we will try to become someone who someone else wants us to be."

- Robert McGee

About me

I grew up in Chicago and have always had a passion for helping people. As I grew older, this passion developed into a love for caring for our elderly generation. This love motivated me to obtain my Master of Health Administration with a emphasis in Gerontology from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administrative Services from Weber State University with a emphasis in Long-Term Care. Increasing my ability to be an excellent Administrator of a Long-Term Care Facility and make a positive difference in the lives of our older adults!

"Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around."

- Leo F. Buscaglia
